Winter situation gradually returns to normal 

After the copious snowfalls, the situation across the country is gradually returning to normal. The disastrous situation in Varna municipality has been called off. Still many municipalities have problems though. In Dobrich region, northeastern Bulgaria, 38 schools are still closed and so are 6 schools in Haskovo region in southeastern Bulgaria where all roads are cleared.
