Tsvetana Pironkova qualified for the second round in the tennis tournament in Prague with a prize fund of USD 250 000. In a match of the first round the Bulgarian tennis player won against qualifier Olga Govotsova, Belarus by 7:5, 6:1 in an hour and 28 munutes’ game. In the second round Pironkova is to play against the leader in the draw Karolina Pliskova, Czech Republic. Pliskova and Pironkova have met once in the professionals’ league.
