Bulgarian tennis player Tsvetana Pironkova won 6-7, 6-4, 6-1 against Slovak player Dominika Cibulkova and qualified for the quarter finals of the tournament in Eastbourne. The Bulgarian became successful after a battle that lasted for two hours and 25 minutes. For a place in the penultimate stage Pironkova will play against Karolina Pliskova from the Czech Republic or Agnieszka Radwańska of Poland.
