The National Company Industrial Zones and Danish JYSK BUL signed a memorandum of investment intent in Bulgaria’s ministerial council building. Bulgaria’s Deputy Premier for EU Funds and Economic Policies Tomislav Donchev, Minister of Economy Bojidar Loukarsky and the Ambassador of Denmark to Sofia Christian Konigsfeldt attended the event. The memorandum gives that start of the project of the Danish company on the territory of Sofia’s Bozhurishte Industrial Zone. The investment is to the tune of EUR 100 million and will be used for the construction of a logistic center for furniture distribution in the Balkans. The center is expected to start functioning by end 2018. The Danish company will provide training and job opportunities to some 500 employees during the construction and to 200 people after the completion of the project.
