Viktoriya Tomova wins Alianz Cup tennis tournament in Sofia

Bulgaria’s tennis player Viktoriya Tomova won the Alianz Cup tennis tournament in Sofia with a total prize fund of USD 25,000. In the final match of the tournament Tomova defeated 7:6 (7); 4:6; 6:3 № 8 seeded Jessica Pieri (Italy). Thus, Viktoriya Tomova earned 50 points for the world rankings. In 2016 Tomova also reached the Alianz Cup final where she lost to Victoria Kamenskaya (Russia).
