More than four thousand cultural artifacts have been seized from treasure hunters over the last five years on the territory of southern Bulgaria. All of the artifacts are already stored in the History Museum in Pazardzhik and the Archaeological Museum in Septemvri. Some 300 of them are put on display for the first time. These are objects of different periods displayed in the condition they were found. The central exhibit is a bronze figure from the second or third century. It shows a woman, probably a Roman citizen. Ceramic vessels and silver rings are also exhibited. By the end of the year, the museum in Pazardzhik will receive more cultural artifacts, seized by the police.
