Bulgarian football coaches of children and juniors will get the chance of firsthand experience with the structure and methods at the Academy of one of the most popular Spanish football clubs, Espanyol (Barcelona). A one-week seminar in February 2018 will include lectures, training sessions and practical exercises, as well as watching matches of the junior formations of the host FC. The guests from Bulgaria will be acquainted with the work at the Academy and keynote speakers will be experts working with junior footballers. Central to lectures will be the importance of physical and psychological training of young players. A training session with players is also part of the program.
