Bulgarian Postal Services released in circulation an edition entitled “Europe 2018 – Bridges”. It consists of two postal stamps of 18 000 issues, two postal stamps in a Block with 10 000 issues, a carnet and an illustrated postal envelope with an original sign as to the price of the postal service and a special seal. The wild animal rescue center “Green Balkans” in Stara Zagora released in the wild a Lesser Kestrel (Falco Naumanni). The bird has been bred at the center under a project sponsored by the programme LIFE.
