Minister Boil Banov: Bulgaria’s culture is real driving force

Bulgaria’s culture is a real driving force. It develops and continues to produce great minds and talents, Bulgaria’s Minister of Culture Boil Banov said in his speech during the Golden Age award ceremony. The event was held on occasion of the forthcoming holiday May 24- Day of Bulgarian Education and Culture and Slavic Script. Artists with great achievements in the Bulgarian culture became laureates of this year’s edition of the Golden Age. The award ceremony started with a minute of silence in memory of the renowned Bulgarian opera prima Hristina Angelakova who passed away on May 20.
