Negotiations on gas interconnection with Serbia continue

Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova is paying a working visit to Belgrade today, at the invitation of Serbia’s Minister of Energy and Mining Aleksandar Antic. The main goal of the visit is to continue the negotiations on joint efforts aimed at implementing the Bulgaria-Serbia gas connection project.

A joint declaration was signed on 17 May, within the frameworks of the EU-Western Balkans summit in Sofia, on speeding up the construction of the gas interconnection between Bulgaria and Serbia.
