A post card dedicated to the 130^th anniversary since the birth of the first Bulgarian graduate pilot Simeon Petrov, was officially validated at the Central Military Club in Sofia. Simeon Petrov also gave the start to night-time flights in France. Furthermore, he is the first ever pilot to land a plane with an extinct engine.
