A post card dedicated to the 130th anniversary since the birth of the first Bulgarian graduate pilot Simeon Petrov, was officially validated at the Central Military Club in Sofia. Simeon Petrov also gave the start to night-time flights in France. Furthermore, he is the first ever pilot to land a plane with an extinct engine.
