President Radev vetoes amendments to State Property Act

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has vetoed a part of the Law on Amendments to the State Property Act adopted by the Parliament on October 10, 2018. "The adopted law creates the possibility of hidden privatization by companies from the prohibition list under the Privatization and Post-Privatization Control Act,” the head of state stated in his motives.
