China interested in tourism, agriculture and infrastructure projects in Bulgaria

The Chinese business and its global partners show interest in tourism, agricultural products and infrastructure projects in Bulgaria and the Balkan countries as a whole, it became clear at the meeting between Minister Lilyana Pavlova and the Executive Chairman of the Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce Jean-Guy Carrier and his delegation in Bulgaria. The Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce (SRCIC) is composed of the national commerce associations of the One Belt One Road initiative. The project aims at reaching coherence between China and its European markets through Asia, Africa and the Middle East. In Jean-Guy Carrier’s words, the purpose of the visit is to study potential Bulgarian companies which would be interested in intensifying their business relations with global partners.
