Bulgaria and Ireland to cooperate in introducing 5G services

At a meeting in Sofia, Bulgarian Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Rosen Zhelyazkov and Minister of State for Natural Resources, Community Affairs and Digital Development of Ireland Seán Canney have discussed the impact of Brexit on roaming tariffs. Minister Zhelyazkov pointed out that if Britain left the EU without an agreement reached, prices of services will be subject to free trade negotiations. Ministers agreed to cooperate with both sides in the coordinated introduction of 5G services. Minister Canney pointed out the fact that Bulgaria was one of the EU countries with high-speed internet access.
