Bulgaria’s geopolitical orientation is towards EU and NATO: Premier Boyko Borissov

Bulgaria’s geopolitical orientation was towards EU and NATO, way before GERB party emerged, this country’s Premier Boyko Borissov said in the beginning of today’s sitting of the Bulgarian government. This is how Premier Borissov commented the so-called espionage scandal related with the charge pressed against the Chairman of the Russophiles Movement Nikolay Malinov. In Premier Borissov’s words, the Bulgaria-Russia relations can not be placed in a single plane. Everyone has the right to develop his own activity in non-governmental organizations. Some people support the religion, others support the culture, some love Russia and others love the USA. But the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacts when we disagree with something, Premier Boyko Borissov went on to say.
