Communications Regulation Commission looks into 5-hour interruption of BNR broadcast

The Communications Regulation Commission has announced that it is conducting a thorough investigation into the interruption of the broadcasting of the Bulgarian National Radio’s Horizont channel.

In the course of 5 hours, from 6 until 11 AM this morning, the BNR stopped the broadcasting of the BNR’s central channel Horizont, after an official statement this was being done for prophylaxis of the transmitters. The Council for Electronic Media is also looking into the 5-hour interruption.
