Bulgaria is interested in an equal and mutually beneficial dialogue with Russia based on the national interests and the common policy of the EU and NATO, this country’s Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva said in an interview for TASS news agency before her visit to Moscow on October 21. Minister Zaharieva voiced hopes that Russia’s President Vladimir Putin will visit Bulgaria in 2020, because in her view, such visit would give further impetus to the bilateral relations.
