After the End of the World is one of the most successful Bulgarian movies from the late 90s of the previous century. The film took part in international festivals in Karlovy Vary, Moscow, Jerusalem, Berlin, Thessaloniki, Bursa, etc. It has gained a number of prizes, like the Golden Rose Big Prize for Best Director, the Golden Chest Special Jury’s Award, etc.
