The Bulgarian organizations of employers and the syndicates presented a package of measures for the exit of the country out of the economic crisis. The document was approved on Saturday after long negotiations between the social partners. Legalization of the unregulated incomes of individuals that were not coming from crime activities by their taxation once was among the measures suggested. Further, a temporal suspension of preferences, given to budget institutions for an import, free from custom duties was also suggested. A schedule is also planned to be prepared for full payment of the finished public procurements till the end of the first half of 2010 by the state, the municipalities, the state and local companies, according to the negotiated conditions, the legislation and the EU directives.
