Lower Austria supports Bulgaria’s accession to Schengen

Bulgarian President Rossen Plevneliev discussed in Sofia with the Premier of the Province of Lower Austria, Erwin Proel the possibilities for new Austrian investments in Bulgaria. Austria is second in investments after the Netherlands. Lower Austria supports Bulgaria’s entrance in the Schengen area, Erwin Proel said after the talks. In his words that would allow an even closer cooperation in curbing crime and especially human trafficking.
