Bulgaria and Azerbaijan interested in long-term partnership 

President of the Bulgarian National Assembly Tsetska Tsacheva paid a visit to Baku where she had talks with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. Both sides expressed their interest in long-term partnership in the spheres of energy, tourism, trade, construction, and agriculture. President Ilham Aliyev said he hoped Azerbaijan would become more popular in the EU with the help of Bulgaria. Tsetska Tsacheva said that companies from Azerbaijan could join infrastructure projects in Bulgaria, totaling 9 billion US dollars. Opportunities for joint investments were also discussed.
