Lecture of Bulgarian Defense Minister Anyu Angelov at NATO Defense College in Rome

Bulgarian Defense Minister Anyu Angelov had a lecture at NATO Defense College in Rome, Italy. He presented the accents of this country’s defense policy and the strategy for transformation of the participation of the Bulgarian armed forces in the ISAF operation in Afghanistan. Minister Angelov voiced his support for the continuing open doors policy of NATO, since the membership option is a strong motivation for different states to go on with the democratic changes, the re-structuring of the defense sector and with their contribution to the global peace and security.
