Bulgaria must keep connection with expatriates, President Plevneliev says

A clear and unified policy concerning Bulgarians abroad is needed, Bulgarian President Rossen Plevneliev said during the first meeting of the council on culture and national identity at the Presidency. Our aim is to devise a working strategy related to Bulgarians abroad, the President said and added that work on the new strategy has already started.
