Bulgaria signs second agreement on energy efficiency with Austria

Bulgaria has signed a second agreement with Austria for the sale of emission units in the framework of the Bulgarian strategy for green investments. Incomes will be used for improving the energy efficiency of Bulgarian schools and kindergartens, and for supporting development of renewable energy sources. The agreement is expected to have a positive effect on the bilateral relations between Bulgaria and Austria and on the Austrian investments in this country.
