Almost 40,000 Bulgarians have cast their vote abroad

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that at 2 PM local time, a total of 39,318 Bulgarians had cast their vote abroad, 20,336 in Turkey, 2,680 in Germany, 3,887 in Great Britain.  

All polling stations in China and some of the polling stations in Australia are now closed as election day there is over. The Bulgarian Foreign Ministry has not been informed of queues forming at polling stations abroad.
