Next EU Presidency Trio to continue Bulgaria’s priority related to European perspective of Western Balkans

Romania and Croatia which are the first and the third countries of the next EU Presidency Trio have announced officially that they would continue Bulgaria’s priority- the European perspective of the Western Balkans, Bulgaria’s Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva said in the Bulgarian National Assembly. Minister Zaharieva reminded that a series of initiatives related to the European perspective of the Western Balkans are held during the current Austrian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. In Minister Zaharieva’s view, the national interest of Bulgaria requires sustainable, prosperous, stable, secure and democratic neighbors.
