Less Bulgarians to go to the polling stations in UK in case of no-deal Brexit

If the UK leaves the European Union without a deal only the Bulgarian citizens with active employment contracts will be able to vote at the forthcoming elections for European Parliament at the Bulgarian Consulate General in London. The rest will have to meet the general condition- they must have resided on the territory of an EU member state three months before the elections, the expert in electoral systems Dimitar Dimitrov told BTV. If the deadline for Brexit is extended, the Bulgarians in Great Britain will be able to vote without restrictions. The Bulgarians in the UK voted in 20 polling stations at the previous European elections in 2014.
