The rest will have to meet the general condition- they must have resided on the territory of an EU member state three months before the elections, the expert in electoral systems Dimitar Dimitrov told BTV. If the deadline for Brexit is extended, the Bulgarians in Great Britain will be able to vote without restrictions.
