A forum themed “Unlocking the Potential of Business in Eastern Europe Gas Market- Competition, Alternatives, Markets, Projects, Security Through Diversification. The Case of LNG” is held for the second consecutive day in Bulgaria’s capital Sofia. It is organized by the Institute for Energy Research in Washington D.C. and the Center for Balkan and Black Sea Studies. The construction of the Bulgaria-Greece gas interconnector will start around May 25, Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov announced.
