At the World Gymnastics Championships in Stuttgart, which is also a qualification for the Olympics next year, Bulgarian gymnast David Huddleston has ranked 10th in the all-around event and won a quota for Bulgaria at Tokyo 2020. David Huddleston was born in 2000 in The Hague in the family of a Bulgarian mother and an American father. At his debut at the European Championships in 2014, he occupied 12th place in the individual competition. Bulgaria had not enjoyed such successes after the end of Yordan Yovchev's career. "Good luck to David and the management of Bulgarian gymnastics!" Krasen Kralev, Minister of Youth and Sports, wrote on Facebook.
