The Bulgarian Minister of Healthcare Kiril Ananiev took part in the opening of a centre for early intervention and therapy for autistic children in Ohrid, built with funds provided by Bulgaria. Three years ago, with the help of Bulgaria, such a centre was established also in Skopje. Macedonia’s Healthcare Minister Venko Filipce voiced his gratitude for the Bulgarian support. It was noted that in 2019 alone, the Bulgarian government has allocated over 500,000 euros (BGN 1 million) for the implementation of 11 projects in North Macedonia, including the reconstruction of two bridges in the town of Struga and the village of Lozhani,the construction of sports facilities in Kriva Palanka, and the modernization of gyms in 11 kindergartens.
