Girls can apply for “Ambassador for a Day” competition

Girls from all over Bulgaria will be able to present their ideas of how to popularize Bulgaria on the world stage in the third edition of the Ambassador for a Day initiative.

The initiative under the patronage of Vice President Iliana Yotova aims to inspire girls to express their views on important issues. The participants in the contest should be aged 14 to 18. They have to write an essay or make a video on the subject of “If I was ambassador for a day how would I present Bulgaria on the world stage”. The deadline is 12 January, 2020, applications can be submitted online at www.ambassadorforaday.com

The winners in the competition will be able to work with a female ambassador. 17 countries are joining the initiative this year.
