Plamen Boychev, an art school teacher from Veliko Turnovo mounted an exhibition of his works at the Rafael Mihaylov art gallery in the city.

Boychev is selling his landscapes, still lifes and flowers for a noble cause – the money he raises will be donated to help the children from the day-care centre for children and youngsters with disabilities Duga (Rainbow). Even though he is himself disabled, the teacher from the secondary school of natural science and mathematics believes that any difficulty is surmountable and that people with disabilities are no different from anyone else.

Plamen Boychev has had several solo exhibitions and has taken part in general exhibitions, as well as plein air festivals in Sofia, Bourgas, Varna and Dryanovo.
