38.42% out of 8885 PCR tests show positive result for coronavirus

The new cases of coronavirus infection are 3414 after 8885 PCR tests, the Single Information Portal shows. For the second day the number of newly infected is less than 4 thousand. The percentage of positive samples is 38.42%.

The number of people with coronavirus who passed away in the past 24 hours was 72 and the number of people who recovered was 873. A total of 1970 people have lost their lives since the beginning of the pandemic and 27,587 have recovered. Hospitalized patients with Covid-19 are 4768. There are 284 people in intensive care.

The national information system shows that in this country there are 3619 cases of coronavirus infection registered among the medical staff and there have been 160 new cases registered for the past 24 hours.
