A biography book dedicated to the work of sculptor Georgi Chapkanov-Chapa, who is the author of the statue-symbol of the city of Sofia, has served as an inspiration for the route of a virtual tour of the capital.
Within 60 minutes, those who join the virtual journey will learn interesting facts about the great sculptor, his family, and his works that can be seen around the city. One can learn whether the sculpture in the fountain in front of the National Theater in Sofia is of a gymnast or ballerina and which one of Chapkanov's works received a gold medal from the National Salon of Fine Arts in Paris. Guide in the virtual walk on November 30 will be Victor Topalov.
