The chairman of the Bulgarian Modern Pentathlon Federation Andrey Kuzmanov has been elected President of the European organization. According to the rules of the world federation – UIPM – every continental president becomes part of the world federation’s executive board. “It is a great honour for me to head the European modern pentathlon federation. I was invited by UIPM President Dr Klaus Schormann,” Andrey Kuzmanov said.
