The Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has declared another Russian diplomat a persona non grata. The news was reported by the ministry, adding that they also asked Russia to fully cooperate with the Bulgarian authorities in the investigation of the explosions in 4 Bulgarian arms depots in the past 10 years, the destruction of physical evidence in a fire and the poisoning of three Bulgarian citizens.
