At the National Council today, the Bulgarian Socialist Party has been discussing whether to accept the mandate to form a government, which is expected to be handed over by President Rumen Radev on May 5. Earlier today, at a rally-concert on the occasion of May 1, BSP leader Korneliya Ninova said that the best decision for Bulgaria would be made. According to her, three options are being discussed - returning the mandate, forming a government or proposing an expert cabinet with a limited mandate, BNR reporter Daniel Inkov informed.
