According to the Minister vaccination coverage in social homes is low - just about 7,000 staff members and 10,000 social service users have received a first vaccine dose. Dr. Stoycho Katsarov also says that Regional Health Inspectorates should control the observance of anti-epidemic measures in social institutions in the country.
