Higher voter turnout is expected in Great Britain and other European countries at the forthcoming Presidential and Parliamentary elections, Maria Spirova who lives in the UK, forecasted in an interview for the Bulgarian National Radio.

“The problem is that local ordinary citizens are engaged in the election process abroad. They are not connected with any institutions and do it voluntarily. Machine voting limits electoral fraud and manipulation, but if a problem related to the uploading of machine software occurs, we can always vote with a paper ballot, said Maria Spirova for Horizont channel of the BNR.”
