Weather forecast for Bulgaria for September 24, 2021

Temperatures expected to go higher over the next days

On Friday, the minimum temperatures in Bulgaria will be between 5 and 10 °C. During the day it will be sunny with scattered clouds. Temperatures will rise as highs will reach 21 - 26 °C. In Sofia daytime highs will reach 22 °C.


It will be sunny along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, with scattered clouds. Maximum air temperatures will range from 21 °C in the north to 23 °C in the southern coastline. The temperature of the sea water is at 21-22 °C. 

In the Bulgarian mountains it will also be mostly sunny with scattered clouds and moderate to strong northwesterly winds. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 metres will be up to 16 °C, at 2,000 metres - up to 9 °. In the resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo the thermometers will show up to 15-16 °C, in Bansko - up to 19 °C.

During the weekend it will be sunny, the temperatures will rise and on Sunday daytime highs will be between 24 and 29 °C, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology reported.
