A 29-year-old woman, who was eight months pregnant, died because of Covid-19, the Regional Health Inspectorate in Plovdiv has reported, quoted by BNR Plovdiv. The woman was taken to a hospital in Plovdiv on September 15 with symptoms of coronavirus. A day later a PCR test confirmed the infection. During the treatment the patient received mechanical ventilation, but did not manage to overcome the disease and passed away on September 29. The woman had no other illnesses and was not vaccinated against Covid-19.
