A Bulgarian-Chinese training center has opened at the Agricultural University Plovdiv. The aim of the project, called LuBan Workshop, is to promote cooperation between universities and agricultural businesses in China and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in the framework of The Belt and Road Initiative.

A modern base for professional and practical training has been built; curricula with innovative content have been developed, too. Several projects under the program for Bulgaria have already received funding, BNR Plovdiv has reported.
