Bulgarian farmers to receive support in Covid crisis

The European Commission has approved state aid totaling 36.8 million euros aimed at supporting Bulgarian farmers. The funds will reach nearly 50,000 farmers from the sectors of animal husbandry, plant growing and beekeeping. Farmers will receive compensation for the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Agriculture announced.
