Bulgaria has received an offer from Lockheed Martin for the delivery of eight more F-16 fighter aircraft , outgoing Minister of Defense Dragomir Zakov said. "This is a contract proposal that has to be submitted to the National Assembly", said Dragomir Zakov. In his words, the contract includes some tight deadlines.
