Bulgaria’s Vice President Iliana Iotova attended a conference named "Bulgaria in the eurozone". Iliana Iotova called for an awareness-raising campaign to answer people's questions and address their concerns about the effects of the introduction of the euro in Bulgaria. In her words, the lack of information gives rise to scepticism and conspiracy theories.
