Employers are planning wage rise in first half of the year

Companies that did not increase their employees' salaries in 2022 will make wage hikes in the first half of this year, according to a survey of more than 200 companies.

A large number of employers in the manufacturing sector are planning a rise between 6 and 11%. The situation is similar in the field of information technologies and trade, where income growth of about 10% is expected.

The main goal of the business is to retain its employees through financial incentives, as well as to attract talented young people.
