Companies that did not increase their employees' salaries in 2022 will make wage hikes in the first half of this year, according to a survey of more than 200 companies.

A large number of employers in the manufacturing sector are planning a rise between 6 and 11%. The situation is similar in the field of information technologies and trade, where income growth of about 10% is expected.

The main goal of the business is to retain its employees through financial incentives, as well as to attract talented young people.
