Council of Ministers extends temporary protection for displaced persons from Ukraine until March 4, 2024

The Council of Ministers has extended temporary protection for displaced persons from Ukraine until March 4, 2024. 

The decision was taken in line with the European Commission's decision to extend the Temporary Protection Directive. A re-registration of persons displaced from Ukraine is required. The re-registration process will start at the beginning of February 2023 and will last until March 31, 2023.
