Bulgarian kickboxer Borislav Radulov has won bronze at the World Games in Chengdu (China), BGNES reported. This is the first medal for Bulgaria at the World Games.

The other two Bulgarians in the competition – Alexandra Georgieva and Dimitar Stoyanov, qualified for the finals in their disciplines yesterday and thus secured at least silver medals.

They will fight for the first place later today, with Georgieva competing in the 60-kilogram category in point fighting against the British Evelyn Neyens, and Stoyanov in the 75-kilogram category in the K1 style against the Israeli Osaid Jodah.

The three kickboxers also brought the first medals for Bulgaria at the World Games, which include 34 sports that are not included in the program of the Summer Olympics.
